巴林央行宣布首个通过监管沙箱的加密交易所！

Rain成为首个完成巴林中央银行（CBB）监管沙箱认证的加密货币交易所。该交易所于2月26日通过了伊斯兰教法合规认证，该认证由巴林中央银行Shariyah审查局（SRB）授权的伊斯兰教法咨询和审计公司领导。此认证目前适用于三种加密货币，即使BTC、ETH和LTC。昨日，巴林中央银行（CBB）发布了与加密交易相关的一系列新规，包括证书许可、治理规则、最低资本、环境控制、风险管理，AML/CFT、加密资产服务的网络安全规则等。

Bahrain-based Shariah compliant cryptocurrency exchange Rain has first completed the Central Bank of Bahrain’s (CBB) Regulatory Sandbox, the Saudi Gazette reported on Feb. 26.

Rain, which was founded in 2016, has reportedly become the first digital currency exchange to complete the sandbox. The exchange reportedly passed a Shariah compliance certification today, Feb. 26, which was led by a leading Sharia consultancy and audit firm licensed by the central bank of Bahrain, the Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB).

During the qualification process, the SRB examined Rain’s brokerage service and resolved that the exchange’s sale, purchase and custody services comply with Shariah principles. The Sharia certification is currently applicable to three cryptocurrencies —  Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).

四大近半数高管认为区块链会在未来三年改变其业务方式！

全球四大审计公司之一毕马威（KPMG）进行了第七次技术行业创新调查，调查对象包括来自12个国家的740多位全球科技企业家，66％的受访者是行业高管。其中，48％的高管认为区块链可能会在未来三年改变其业务方式，27％的受访者声称该技术根本不会影响他们，而其他24％的受访者保持中立。

A survey by Big Four audit company KPMG shows that 48 percent of C-level executives believe blockchain is likely to change the way they do business in the next three years. The results of the poll were shared with Cointelegraph on Feb. 26.

KPMG has conducted its Technology Industry Innovation Survey for the seventh time from December 2018 to January 2019. It includes responses from over 740 global tech entrepreneurs from 12 countries. 66 percent of the respondents were C-level executives.

According to the poll, almost half of the executives believe that blockchain will likely or very likely change the way their business is conducted within the next three years. 27 percent of the respondents claimed the technology will not affect them at all, while other 24 percent remained neutral.

SoFi to launch cryptocurrency trading in partnership with Coinbase

The online lending start-up will launch cryptocurrency trading in the second quarter of this year.

Through SoFi Invest, customers will be able to check prices and buy certain cryptocurrenies. The company also plans to launch zero-fee So-Fi branded exchange traded funds this year, and a credit card in the back half of 2019.

“Our target audience wants to see what the price of cryptocurrency is and to buy it,” SoFi CEO Anthony Noto says.

瑞士银行巨头Julius Baer将提供加密资产服务！

Swiss bank Julius Baer plans to provide its client access to digital asset services, following a partnership with crypto bank startup Seba Crypto, a press release from Julius Baer reveals on Feb. 26.

The partnership will come into effect when Seba is granted a securities dealer and banking license by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, the press release notes. The Swiss bank will then begin offering digital asset storage, transaction and investment solutions in partnership with the crypto startup.

The announcement also discloses that the banking giant has been a minority shareholder of Seba since last year.

加密交易所Coinbase上架代币的“Coinbase效应（即代币登上Coinbase后会大涨）”正在减弱。Coinbase于2018年11月29日上架Zcash，但一天后仅上涨0.1%，一周后反而下跌23.4%。在Coinbase昨日宣布在专业平台上架XRP一天后，XRP仅上涨3%。

The ‘Coinbase Effect’ on token listings is fading. After the announcement of XRP listing, the price jumped by 10% and a little less than a day later, it is only about 3% higher, the same as three days ago.

摩根大通：JPM Coin未来会面向消费者！？

摩根大通CEO Jamie Dimon表示，加密货币JPM Coin可能是内部的，可能是商业性的，有朝一日可能是面向消费者的。而CNBC指出，Dimon的评论可能是推测性的。因为该银行在其网站上表示没有计划向个人提供JPM Coin的访问权限。

Jamie Dimon hinted at J.P. Morgan Chase's annual investor day that the bank's new cryptocurrency could one day be used for retail payments. 

"JP Morgan Coin could be internal, could be commercial, it could one day be consumer," Dimon, 62, said during a question-and-answer session. 

Earlier in February, J.P. Morgan became the first major U.S. bank to create its own cryptocurrency with the launch of "JPM Coin." The digital token was designed to settle transactions between clients of its wholesale payments business, specifically for international payments and securities transactions that migrate to the blockchain.

Dimon's comments are probably speculative. On the bank's website, it says that there are no plans to offer access to JPM Coin to individuals.

俄罗斯最高法院将非法使用加密货币列入反洗钱法！

俄罗斯最高法院针对2015年7月颁布的反洗钱法（AML）提出了新的修正案，已将非法使用加密货币列入与洗钱有关的刑事犯罪清单。从现在开始，通过犯罪手段获得并转换为法币的加密货币将被视为洗钱资金，且相关行为会并被视为刑事犯罪。

The Russian Supreme Court has included the illicit use of cryptocurrencies in the list of criminal offences related to money laundering, local legal news site Pravo reported on Tuesday, Feb. 26.

The court has introduced new amendments to the anti-money laundering (AML) decree issued in July 2015. These clarifications relate to Russian criminal code articles dedicated to the legalization of property acquired via criminal means.

According to Alexander Chervotkin, a judge who commented on the regulations, in the three years since the decree was signed, cryptocurrencies have became widely used by criminals. To prove that, the judge cited several cases in Russian legal practice where drug dealers converted crypto assets into fiat. Chervotkin concluded that, as such, the criminal code should take the new technology into account.
