2. BOSCore主网REX注入量达600万，EOS主网REX部署第二部执行成功，
3. EOS创世私钥自动恢复系统投票进行中。
4. REX部署第三步预计在下周提交BP多签提案。
5. bos.contracts更新v2.0.3版本，版本修改内容如下：
a. token合约增加了黑名单功能；
b. 合并eosio.contracts 1.6.0 版本内容，增加了REX
c. 社区开发者@maodaishan 实现了支持“私人订制” personal.bos 合约
该版本已经在BOSCore测试网上升级测试通过，现在准备升级BOSCore主网。升级方案如下：
i. 先创建对应的账户和不依赖账户的升级
ii. 部署 eosio.rex.abi 和 personal.bos 合约
6. 在BOSCore主网上提交了5个提案，提案名称分别是：
a. createrex(创建eosio.rex)
b. createperson(创建person.bos)
c. updatesystem(更新system合约)
d. updatetoken(更新token合约)
e. tokenopen(升级rex需要的开放BOS符号)

根据DAppTotal数据显示，各链一周内活跃用户数排名第一DApp分别为：EOS 99,117人，BOS 8,715人，TRON 42,632人， ETH 5,296人，IOST 2,922。 其中BOS活跃用户数排名第三。
BOSCore Weekly Report（2019.4.22-2019.4.28）
Technical Update:
1. The BOSCore main network REX injection volume reached 6 million, and the EOS main network REX deployment second implementation was successful.
2. EOS genesis private key automatic recovery system voted in progress.
3. The third step of the REX deployment is expected to submit a BP multi-sign proposal next week.
4. Bos.contracts updates the v2.0.3 version. The version changes are as follows:
a. The token contract adds a blacklist function;
b. Merge eosio.contracts 1.6.0 version, added REX
c. Community developer @maodaishan has implemented support for "private subscription" personal.bos contract
This version has been tested on the BOSCore test online upgrade and now is ready to upgrade the BOSCore mainnet. The upgrade plan is as following:
a. Create the corresponding account and upgrade without relying on the account first.
b. Deploy the eosio.rex.abi and personal.bos contracts
5. Five proposals were submitted on the bos mainnet. The names of the proposals are:
c. createrex (create eosio.rex)
d. createperson (create person.bos)
e. updatesystem (update system contract)
f. updatetoken (update token contract)
g. tokenopen (open BOS symbol required to upgrade rex)
