泰国石油公司测试区块链能源交易平台！
泰国石油炼制公司Bangchak（BCP）正在位于曼谷的一家加油站附近的购物中心测试一个基于区块链的能源交易平台及商业微电网。该微电网发电及配电平台除了为购物中心租户生成、分配和储存能源外，还将可支持一家BCP加油站的基本电力需求。
Thai petroleum refining firm Bangchak Corporation Public Co. Limited (BCP) is testing a blockchain-based energy trading platform and commercial microgrid, distributed energy news site Microgrid Knowledge reports on March 7.
BCP is testing the new platform at a shopping mall attached to one of its fuel stations in Bangkok. The new system will purportedly combine 280.9 kW of commercial rooftop and canopy solar photovoltaics with 913 kWh of lithium-ion, nickel-manganese-cobalt oxide and 92 kWh of lithium-iron-phosphate battery energy storage capacity.
In other words, the microgrid generation and distribution platform will support the basic electricity needs of an average BCP fuel station in addition to generating, distributing and storing energy for shopping mall tenants.

Israel-based social investing platform eToro has launched a cryptocurrency trading platform and wallet service in the U.S.
The firm announced Thursday that the new platform allows U.S. customers from 32 states and territories to trade 13 unspecified cryptocurrencies. Multi-asset trading is also scheduled for launch in Q1 of next year.
eToro’s “social” model allows users to reproduce other traders’ bets through its CopyTrader and CopyPortfolios features. The crypto trading platform will also offer three CopyPortfolios at launch, it said, without disclosing further details.
Users can “collaborate with other crypto traders when making buying and selling decisions,” said Yoni Assia, co-founder and CEO of eToro. They can also “adjust their trading strategies by watching and learning from others on the platform.”

To start off with, the study shows that the number of developers currently working on public cryptocoins have increased by a factor of 2x since the beginning of 2017. As a result of this, today there are more than 4,000+ developers working within this space contributing their coding services to more than 2.8k crypto offerings.

Fidelity Digital Assets (FDAS) will take its time about adding support for ethereum, the executive in charge of the new platform said.
The digital asset trading and custody branch of Fidelity Investments, which went live this quarter, has developed an internal framework for evaluating any cryptocurrencies that may be added in the future, according to FDAS president Tom Jessop.
While Jessop has previously said FDAS might look to add ether and other cryptocurrencies, he told CoinDesk Thursday that the process to do so may not be cut-and-dried.
“We’re currently supporting bitcoin, we have designs to support other coins over the balance of the year center to various criteria including our [in-house selection framework], where we obviously look … at client demand and other things,” he said.

In the eyes of CNBC anchor Mellisa Lee, the fact that Twitter chief executive Jack Dorsey is stacking satoshis, fractions of BTC, in preparation of adoption the world over is bullish.
Just recently, Dorsey took to Marty Bent’s “Tales of The Crypt” podcast to reveal that he maxed out his Bitcoin weekly purchases ($10,000) on Square’s Cash App.
